Wedding Ensemble by DT Member Jeanne

Hi everyone, Jeanne here sharing with you my 1st two projects from my wedding ensemble series that I'm doing this month for Shabby is Chic Boutique.

My 1st project is this wall hanging that I made using a small wooden hanger.
I painted the wooden area, after it dried I started adding different trims from Shabby Is Chic Boutique.  I applied the dangle trim on the top and added a small resin angel I had and on the bottom I added one of the beautiful, satin ivory fabric flowers and the stunning heart bling piece.

For my second project, I decided to make an easel card. I had a fun time making it, and wanted it to match somewhat to my wall hanging.

I used some chipboard, ivory cardstock, the beautiful Prima papers by Frank Garcia, called "The Archivist ".
After making the base, I started embellishing it using some of the ivory flat back pearls along the edges of the front. I made a small pocket and curled the corner of the paper down so I could add some tags that matched this paper, the tags are from Prima called "The Cartographer".

I also added a small piece of cheese cloth coming out of the pocket. I added a piece of vintage trim with pearls from Shabby Is Chic Boutique, which is one of my favorites! I then added my flowers and some leaf spray that I had I my stash. I used stickles to have the flowers shimmer.

I added a bronze key charm from the store along with some white tiny flat back hearts, one on the front and a few in the inside. The last embellishment on the front was a wooden piece from Prima "Salvage District" collection, I adhered it with glue and added a small piece of cardstock where I had stamped "Once Upon a Time".

I used embossing ink and black embossing powder. Finished it off with glossy accents. The inside/bottom of the card I used the beautiful Ivory dangle trim from the shop, the same one used on my wall hanging. I added some tiny pearl flowers from SCB as well, along with some ivory flat back trim.

On the inside I stamped "and they lived happily ever after" using copper embossing powder and a beautiful heart design on top. Along with those cute tiny flat back hearts.

I hope you all enjoy my project just as much as I enjoyed making it! I'm loving these easel cards!
I'm looking forward to sharing more of this ensemble later this month so keep watch!
 Much love, Jeanne xoxo
